Equipment FAQ & Ordering Information
Has my order for
exercise equipment shipped?
Check the status of your most recent
orders by visiting "Order Status" page.
This is the easiest and fastest way to get
the most current information regarding
your orders. When you click on the "Order
Status" , you will be prompted to with our
order status form you will be asked to
enter your order number and email address
and any additional comments you may have.
After completing this information you
should receive a response by email within
24 hours. You may also be contacted via
phone via the phone number registered with
your order.
How do I
calculate my shipping?
When you find the item to wish to buy,
simply add the item to the shopping cart,
your shipping charges will be displayed at
the bottom of the page. If there is a free
shipping offer for the equipment your
purchasing it will show up as $0.00. If the actual shipping
charge of an item exceeds the amount
displayed on our site for that item we may
email you with a more accurate shipping
charge. You can choose to accept to
decline the charges.
How do I
cancel my order / item?
After you have clicked "Place Order," your
order begins to process and you cannot
make any online changes to your order. To
change or cancel your order prior to
shipment, you must call a Customer Service
Specialist at
(800)-713-9004.
Please note that most orders process
quickly and can enter the shipping process
within minutes.
If your order has already
entered the shipping process, it cannot be
changed or canceled. If your order has not shipped
you may still be able to cancel although
you may be liable for a small restocking
fee or transaction fee.

How do I track an
order for exercise equipment?
When you click on "Order Status" , you
will be prompted for your order number and
e-mail address. An order summary page will
provide you with detailed information
about your current order. Your summary
page will be available immediately or may
take as up to 24 hours depending on your
order. Depending on the what you order we
may not be able to provide you with a
tracking number until 3 weeks after
your order was placed. This is because
some orders are shipped directly from the
manufactures warehouse and we have to rely
on them to forward the information via
postal mail.
How long does it
take for my order to ship?
After you have clicked the "Place Order,"
button your order begins to process. Most
products ship within 24 hours. Please note
that most orders process quickly and can
enter the shipping process within minutes.
If your order has already entered the
shipping process, it cannot be changed or
canceled.

What are my
payment choices?
We accept all major credit
cards, checks and e-checks. You can also
use PayPal as an alternative payment
option. We are a verified Paypal member.
You can place an order online, mail in a
printed order or fax your order. Credit
cards we accept are MasterCard, Visa,
Discover and American Express.
An item is
missing from my shipment.
If you find an item that was ordered and
is not included in your shipment, please
give us a call at

Do you
ship exercise equipment to my location?
Presently we only ship within the US. If
you already placed an order with a
shipping address outside the continental
U.S. your order most likely was not
processed and you should have received an
email detailing our international shipping
policy.
What is
your exercise equipment return policy?
Any item in new, unused and re-sellable
condition can be returned within 21 days
of purchase for a refund (less shipping
charges and a restocking fee of 20%).
Items must be returned in original
packaging. Please include a return
authorization number on the outside of any
returned package. Authorizations must be
obtained from the company prior to sending
your returned product. No returns are
allowed after 21 days after products are
purchased.
When
will my credit card be charged?
Your
credit card will be charged once we
complete your order processing.
How do
I edit my account information
If you have entered incorrect information
on your order and wish to make changes
regarding your credit card information or
ship-to information please give us a call

How do I return my product
To return an item, please give us a call

assist you.
How
much is shipping?
Shipping charges for the products you add
to your shopping card will be displayed
next to the products price when you reach
the last page of that product, this is the
page which displays the "Add To Cart"
button for that item. When you click on
the "Place Order" button your total
shipping charges will be displayed above
the grand total. If for any reason the
actual shipping charge of an item exceeds
the amount displayed on our site we may
email you with a more accurate shipping
charge. You can choose to accept to
decline the charges.
